Description
This Creamy Cilantro Lime Dressing is a blend of avocado, jalapeno, fresh cilantro, and lime juice. The perfect dressing to elevate any bowl or tacos.
Ingredients

- 1/4 cup plain, unsweetened plant-based yogurt (I used Forager Project)
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup cilantro leaves
- 3 stalks of green onion, roots removed
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper, roughly chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1–2 cloves garlic, crushed
- Pinch of salt or to taste
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor.
- Blend everything on high,scraping the sides down as needed until the dressing is completely smooth.
- Taste and adjust the salt or garlic as desired until satisfied. Top over your favorite bowls or meals as desired.
Notes
This dressing can be stored in an airtight container or jar in the fridge for up to 4 days.
To make this yogurt nut-free, opt for a soy based yogurt instead.
