Buffalo Cauliflower Chickpea Wraps

These buffalo cauliflower chickpea wraps are loaded with oven baked cauliflower and chickpeas flavored with a creamy rich vegan buffalo sauce. You only need one pan to make these delicious vegan wraps and they make for the perfect lunch.

Rinse and drain your chickpeas and pat dry with a towel. Place on a baking sheet with the cauliflower and buffalo sauce.

Make sure to fully coat your chickpeas and veggies then bake in the oven until the cauliflower has cooked through.

Step 3

Once cooked, add your favorite veggies to a wrap and top with the chickpeas and cauliflower then roll it up.
