Vegan & made without butter
Combine cashew butter, yogurt, brown sugar, and egg substitute, mixing until smooth.
Fold in your dry ingredients including your cream of tartar and mix until a slightly sticky dough forms.
Scoop some dough into your hand and roll into a ball. Next, roll into a mix of cinnamon and sugar.
Place the dough balls on a baking sheet and lightly flatten. Bake in the oven for 9-10 minutes.
