Sautee your onions and peppers until softened, then set aside.

Add your tofu to a greased pan and sauté with garlic, turmeric and soy sauce. Then add in your plant milk and tahini and stir into the tofu to make it fluffy.

Step 3

Assemble your burrito with greens, black beans, sautéed peppers, and tofu scramble then wrap it up.

Toast your wrap in a pan and then enjoy!
