Spicy Sriracha Noodles

Savory, spicy with a kick of heat from sriracha, these Sriracha Noodles are the perfect, quick and easy dinner. Topped with delicious baked tofu and tender broccoli for a complete and filling meal.

For plant based protein, coat some cubed tofu in nutritional yeast, soy sauce and garlic chili sauce. Toss to coat and then bake.

Make your sauce by combining sriracha, soy sauce, chili sauce, sesame oil, maple syrup, ginger, cornstarch and scallions.

Sauté your vegetables until they are cooked through.

step 4

Add your cooked noodles and then pour in the sauce.

Toss the vegetables and noodles in the sauce and allow to thicken and coat fully.
