Balsamic Glazed Tofu

A balsamic tofu recipe that makes for a delicious easy vegan dinner flavored with fresh garlic, basil and fennel seeds. Comes together in only 20 minutes to make and uses simple pantry ingredients.

Prepare your balsamic glaze using a mix of balsamic vinegar, garlic, mustard, maple syrup and dry herbs then set aside.

step 2

Heat up some oil in a pan and pan fry your tofu on two sides.

step 3

Pour in your sauce to the pan and add in your basil, then stir everything together for 2-3 minutes until the tofu is coated.
