A rich and creamy Vegan Hot Chocolate that uses velvety chocolate melted along with cocoa powder, soft medjool dates and cashew butter for a luxurious non-dairy beverage.

Combine cocoa powder, plant-based milk, dates or maple syrup, chocolate, vanilla and cashew butter.

Heat through on a low heat until the chocolate has melted and remove from the stovetop.

If using dates to sweeten, blend in a blender until smooth. Adjust sweetness to your preference.
